Hello! I'm Miley, a photographer based in Snohomish, Washington. I've had a passion for photography for as long as I can remember. I received my first camera kit as a gift when I was 13, and I haven't stopped shooting since then!
I graduated from high school in 2025, and that's when my business really took off. Since then, I've photographed equine, families, seniors, maternity, events, & more! My favorite subject to photograph is horses, which is also the inspiration for my name, "Behind the Ears." I have two horses myself—Tony and Princess.
My goal is to make every person feel like the best version Of themselves
What To Expect
After you book with me, you will receive a questionnaire and contract to complete. I require a $100 deposit at booking for your session date to be saved. Depending on what type of photos you are wanting. I will help you choose a location to match.

How long does a typical photo session last?
This depends on which session you book, I recommend booking a one hour session to ensure we capture all the photos you are wanting. I strive to provide ample time to capture all the important moments and ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. My editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives such as rescheduling the session or finding an indoor location. We want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and we're flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances. No fee will be added.
